BEECH CREEK - Penueal "P.J." Piper, 66, of Beech Creek, died Friday, November 25, 2016, at 2:30AM at his home. Mr. Piper was born January 1, 1950, in Muhlenberg County. He was a boilermaker/welder for TVA, and a member of Browder Missionary Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Staples Piper; daughters Beverly (Tim) Tinsley of Greenville and Kristy (Mike) Buchanan of Beech Creek; grandchildren Kelsey Piper and Carlie Troop, both of Beech Creek; great-grandchild Chayce Piper of Beech Creek; brothers Donnie Piper of Cleaton and Ray Piper of Belton; and sisters Patsy Jarvis of Browder and Betty Bishop of Moorman.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 28, 2016, at 11:00AM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home, with Rev. Jeremy Jessup officiating, assisted by Rev. Fred Harrison. Burial in Oak Grove Cemetery in Butler County. Visitation will be Sunday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
