DRAKESBORO - Billie June Camplin, 79, of Drakesboro, died Sunday, March 29, 2015, at 4:41AM at Baptist Health in Madisonville. Ms. Camplin was born May 23, 1935, in Beech Creek. She was a cashier at Wal-Mart and also cared for the elderly, and was a member of Gilden Ridge Church. She loved her dog, Snowball, and enjoyed feeding birds. She was preceded in death by her sister, Betty Jean Camplin.

Survivors include her niece, Melinda Wright of Highland, IN; sister Jennie (Elmer) Camplin-Wright of Highland, IN; and nephew Philip Wright of Highland, IN.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at 1:00PM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home, with Rev. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial in Wyatts Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday after 11:00AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at
